A $1,250,000.00 settlement has been reached by LC Lomax with Defendant Charles Stephens for injuries suffered by Mr. Lomax due to an accident involving the motorcycle he was operating and the vehicle operated by Mr. Stephens.

Mr. Lomax and Mr. Stephens collided when Mr. Stephens failed to yield at the intersection of E. 88th Street Blue Ridge Cutoff in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.

As a result of the accident Mr. Lomax suffered a shattered pelvis, broken left hip, broken left femur, skin grafts and a closed head injury resulting in a coma. Mr. Lomax was forced to undergo numerous surgical procedures followed by a long and painful course of physical therapy.

A settlement was reached under which Mr. Stephen’s insurance carrier agreed to pay its $1,250,000.00 policy limit.
