A $525,000.00 settlement has been reached by Robert Farrell with Defendants Lois Constant and American Guarantee Liability Insurance Company for injuries suffered by Mr. Farrell due to an accident involving the vehicle he was operating and the vehicle operated by Ms. Constant.

Mr. Farrell and Ms. Constant collided in the intersection of U.S. Highway 71 and Highway 136, in Maryville, Nodaway County, Missouri.

As a result of the accident Mr. Farrell suffered multiple rib fractures, cerebral concussion, closed head injury, memory loss and a loss of balance.

A settlement was reached under which Ms. Constant’s insurance carrier agreed to pay its $25,000.00 policy limit and American Guarantee Liability Insurance Company paid $500,000.00 from underinsured coverage covering the vehicle Mr. Farrell was operating.
